Gail is a designer that works with very high-end clientele in Dallas. She is probably the most unorganized professional that we have ever worked with and cannot communicate with her clients or plan appropriately so everything turns into an emergency and when she makes mistakes or fails to communicate, she expects you to eat the cost And do whatever it takes to make her very particular clients happy. We did numerous jobs for her one of them we took a loss on just so that we could finish it and never have to work for her again. I can promise you that the juice is not worth the squeeze to work with her. She’s been through at least half a dozen turf installation companies, and now I can see why.
